Who else “looks old” with each passing birthday?
Don’t kid yourself:
You control EXACTLY how you age!
And I’ll show you what you need to know to age without ever looking old!
Dear Girlfriend,

My name is Krizia, but everyone calls me Miss K!
I’m an Aging-Well Expert and every week I get to try more skincare, anti-aging, hair care and make-up products than most women will in their entire lifetime.
Women from around the world read my advice. In fact, each day thousands of women read my site and each month I get hundreds of thousands of pages of advice viewed by readers in over 160 countries around the world!
Since publishing my online magazine in June 2007, I’ve reviewed literally thousands of products and I have tested several hundreds of them personally.
Here’s a tiny sample of products I’ve received and passed on to my readers via a series of contests:

In fact, I get so many products delivered to my office each week that I have staff on hand who ONLY test products to let my readers know what to buy and what to skip.
I’ve also interviewed many of the leading experts in the beauty and skincare industry (including several top cosmetic doctors and plastic surgeons) and I’ve also had some of the top celebrity makeup artists and hairdressers spill on the secret weapons they use to make Hollywood’s leading ladies look red-carpet ready.
The highlight of my career has been meeting Candace Bushnell (author of the famed “Sex and the City” book which led to the “Sex and the City” movie) AND her complimenting me on what I was wearing (can you imagine that?)!

Each month, I read about 50 online and off-line magazines to keep on top of any news relating to aging well because I focus on teaching women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s how to age without ever looking (or feeling) old.
At 30, I made a decision that I would NOT accept that as women aged they instantly had to give up their looks and their firm bodies and I was determined to learn as much as I could so that I could keep feeling good about the way I looked with each passing birthday.
Every day I get mistaken for a woman who is 10-15 years younger than her age … and EVERY aesthetician who has seen me at close range without make-up is shocked at the condition of my age … especially when I correct them on my age. In fact, I’ve argued with people who would not accept that I haven’t seen 25 or 30 in a VERY LONG TIME! My philosophy about aging is quite simple: I will undoubtedly age, but I refuse to look old!
If you’re like me, you don’t want to look old or older than your actual age either …
keep reading because I have a lot to share with you!
"A must-have for every woman over 35!" – I’m a busy mom of 4 and Beauty Has No Age Limit gave me all the facts and information I needed to take care of my skin. I’m 45 and I know now that if I don’t make the effort, I won’t age well. -- Cynthia P. busy Las Vegas (USA) mom of 4! |

Shouldn’t beauty come from the inside out?
I couldn’t agree with you more, the reality is that we live in an image-focused world and how you look on the outside affects how you feel on the inside and it certainly has potentially serious bearings on how others view you. It’s not only Hollywood actresses who feel the need to look a certain way as they age. From the boardroom to the classroom, women from all walks of life and all social statuses are taking note that as they age, they can choose to either let Mother Nature run her course or take a more assertive hand in controlling how they age.
Everyday women might not feel the pressure of being a size zero in order to compete with actresses one or two decades younger, but most understand that regardless of how kind, loving and generous you are … people will take just about three seconds to assess you and they’ll make their own interpretation of your personality and your lifestyle … before you even say one word.
Women over 35 are now bolder and better than ever!
Look around you and you’ll see that many of your siblings, relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbors and contacts are taking a more assertive approach to the way they age. Countless numbers of everyday women are saying NO to aging like their mothers and grandmothers did because they’ve made the decision to take better care of their skin, hands, body and health.
You owe it to yourself to look and feel as good as you can every single day of your life … because YOU deserve it!
Isn’t this all about vanity?
First off let’s define vanity. I did a quick search on the Internet and found that vanity was defined “as the quality of being valueless or futile” and “an inflation of mind upon slight grounds; empty pride inspired by an overweening conceit of one's personal attainments or decorations; an excessive desire for notice or approval; pride; ostentation; conceit”.
Historically, vanity has never been a trait one aspires to. Who wants to be labelled as shallow, petty, weak, and self-centered? No one really wants to be perceived as being vain…at least no one wants to be and have others notice.
“Very well laid out, and very informative!” Once again, thank you for the wonderful book.
Of course, me being me, I read it immediately! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very well laid out, and very informative. A wonderful book that I would recommend to all. I really enjoyed reading it. Okay, I LOVED it. Thank you for the opportunity, and wishing you nothing but soaring success in your future!

But this begs the question: Are we not all a little vain?
Truth be told, we do care about our appearances and we do care about how we are perceived by others. This resonates even louder as we age.
I personally believe that the attitude most women have today about how they age has little to do with vanity as it’s defined in most dictionaries and how it’s always been defined historically and it has more do to with the fact that women are realizing more and more that age is nothing but a number and it should never be a gauge to tell us how “old we should feel”.
“I loved the book … I totally agree about in your 40s eye care is necessary.” I loved the book and was so happy to receive a copy. I totally agree about in your 40s eye care is necessary. Now at 45 I am getting crows feet and moisturizing every night is really important … might I add especially for Australian women like me who live on the coast and love the outdoor lifestyle and all it offers. Best Wishes to you with the book! -- Kind Regards Jane N, Australia. |

When you don’t feel good about how look and feel …
it shows in many aspects of your life!

Remember to put yourself first!
If you’ve ever taken a flight to any destination around the world and if you’ve ever taken the time to listen to the security flight instructions delivered at the beginning of a flight, then you’ve heard the flight attendant say: “please put your own oxygen mask first before helping others!”
So why do you think they give this advice?
If you cannot breathe … you are helpless to others and you really cannot assist in an evacuation.
Now, I’d never dream of comparing aging to an emergency aircraft evacuation situation, but the reality is that if you’re not feeling your best … if you don’t like the image you see in the mirror … if you don’t feel comfortable with your body’s size and shape … if you avoid mirrors … if you avoid taking pictures … if you won’t allow your significant other to show you affection because you don’t think you look good enough … if you refuse any compliments anyone sends your way … then you are devaluating who you are as a person.
Women suffering from low-self esteem aren’t very kind to themselves and they usually make for difficult friends and fairly stressed-out co-workers.
I’m not going to pretend that a little rouge on the cheeks can help solve all of your problems, but taking pride in the way you look, in the image that is reflected back at you and the way you are perceived by others does matter.
When you look good … you feel good and that’s a completely different vibe and energy than when you feel down about yourself and your looks.
Putting yourself FIRST is notabout being selfish … it’s about taking time to **ALSO** take care of your own needs.
Remember: You ARE BEAUTIFUL!
I’ve been a long time fan of shows like “What Not to Wear” and more recently “Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style” and “How to Look Good Naked” (the British version) and everything in between. I watch these shows on a weekly basis because I can still learn so much from them.
The stylists, makeup artists, hairdressers and other beauty experts make a point of bringing out the self-confidence in the women who participate in these makeovers and that in return has a huge impact on how these women see themselves by the end of the episode.
How many times have I seen women cry because they never (EVER) thought they could look and feel that beautiful. None of them get any type of surgery … it’s all about skin, makeup, hair and a stylish wardrobe to fit their bodies, lifestyle, personalities … AND a huge boost in confidence and self-assurance!
With the right information … you can look your best as you age (PERIOD)!
"I read this Beauty Has No Age Limit and found it very informative! I am now in my early thirties and found this to be a great resource since your skins needs change year after year. I highly recommend this book to women of any age, it has information for every age group! -- Robin M., British Columbia, Canada, www.citychicchica.blogspot.com |

Discover the secrets to looking your best with or without cosmetic enhancement
Thanks to the generation of Baby Boomers, cosmetic enhancement is as common these days as going to the gym.
That said, it’s not obligatory or compulsory in your aging well regime. For some women who have genes and a lifestyle to predispose them to looking older than they are … having a cosmetic doctor on speed dial might be part of the reality of aging. Others will choose to bypass or delay cosmetic enhancement and will focus on taking really good care of their skin, hair and body and will do whatever it takes to ensure they feel and look good as they age.
Once you’re armed with the right information, making decisions about how you deal with the signs of aging becomes so much easier.
"Turning 38 changes everything”. Beauty Has No Age Limit is a great resource because when I turned 38 I became much more aware of the aging process because I was getting close to the big 4-0 and this book answered a lot of my questions." –- Ariella B. Toronto (Canada) |

"I really never took much care of my skin, but now I'm over 40! I'm 42 and I'm a mother of 3 beautiful girls and I’m also a schoolteacher. I spent most of my adult life taking care of my girls and my husband and I have spent little time on myself. I didn't even wear any sun protection and I'm a natural redhead. "Beauty has no age limit" was a wake-up call for me. I'm not one to fuss over my appearance (because I simply don’t have the time) and I don't really wear much makeup, but I do want to have beautiful skin as age because that’s really important to me!" -- Nathalie B.
